Join us for a special "Park After Dark" full moon night hike. Come out and experiecne the second supermoon of the spring and feel the *flower power!*
Called the "Flower Moon" because flowers are abundant this time of year (aka: "Full Corn Planting Moon" or the "Milk Moon"), it will be at "perigee" by 10 pm, the closest supermoon of 2021! We'll use the moonlight to guide us on a hike through the woods, meadows, and trails of West Park. Learn what wildlife is lurking in the woods in the park after dark. And of course, we'll discuss the lunar cycles and the meaning of the Flower Moon.
