ABOUT ABOUT

If you want to work out but don't have any fitness equipment at home, what do you do? Use what you got!

Join us for a special IN-PERSON workout with Nate McIntyre, founder of Bodyrock Bootcamp gym in West Philly who was featured in last summer's season of the Netflix hit show Queer Eye. Bodyrock specializes in seriously fun and effective back-to-basics core fitness training. Nate's program is centered by the belief that fitness is not dependent on your finances and before you attempt to master heavy weights or expensive machines, you must first master your own body. All you need is your body and Nate will show you how to achieve your dreams and Bodyrock your world!

The workout will conclude with a Q & A, which will be a great chance to get to know Nate, who will be leading regular in-person classes in the park this spring and summer. Of course, Nate will also share his memories of filming an episode with the Fab 5 and the Queer Eye crew, as well as his challenges adapting his business model to COVID restrictions.
