How to Do Creative Placemaking is an action-oriented guide for making places better through artistic action. Recently published by the National Endowment for the Arts, the book presents case studies and essays by leading practitioners in the field.
NEA Design Director Jason Schupbach will offer reflections on the NEA’s efforts to foster creative placemaking throughout the country, and a panel of artists, field leaders and researchers will discuss how artists are at the forefront of community change in Philadelphia.
